To create your player for the LCC Pro League and the NFL League do as follows:
Depending on what league(s) you have joined, depends on what prefix and name you will use.
LCC_yourplayername
NFL_yourteamname
*space between league name and player name is a underscore.
After naming your player make sure to set there skill level for either league to PRO, and Tee setting to BACK.
Once you created your player you must only use this player(s) with the proper league(s), or face stroke loss. Also DO NOT reset your player stats.

LCC NFL League Rules
The NFl league rules are the same as what steps you will need to follow in setting up game besides the following information:
- MOP used will be the NFL MOP for scoring. I can give everyone in league the MOP.
- Only 1 on-line 18 hole round will be played for each game. Whomever your opponent is that week is who you need to contact for that weeks game.
- The Season will be the full NFL season, with playoffs, and the Superbowl.
- Every player will need to pick one of there favorite NFL teams, which will have a home course. Home and away games will be played according to real NFL schedule.
- Both players(teams) will need to send me a e-mail with the final score of there game.
- In the event you cannot play a game I will subsitute or you will be replaced with a new member.
-To make player please read on this page on player setup.
- To submit round(s) please read how to on this page. |
SUBMITING YOUR ROUNDS:
1) All Tournament rounds for both leagues should be sent to me by midnight of there respective deadlines. See Tournament Schedules for actual dates.
After you have completed your round:
Verify your round. (LCC as been used as an example, you must prefix your files with the correct tour abbreviation)
Save the verification file in the following format: LCC_Yourplayername_rd# (e.g. Alex saves his verification file for round 1: LCC_Alex_rd1) (Subsequent verification files for that tournament would be saved as: LCC_Alex_rd2 LCC_Alex_rd3 LCC_Alex_rd4). The program will add .ver at the end of each file.
Now you need to save the record game file in the same format as the verification file. (e.g. LCC_Alex_rd1 etc.)(Again the program will add .rec).
Note: Saving your files in this way will overwrite any previous LCC/NFL saved ver and rec files, i.e the files for the last tournament, thereby reducing the amount of hard disk space used and negate the need to delete unnecessary files from your Links folder. If however, you want to keep your files for each tournament just suffix the name of the saved file with the event number.
After you have completed all 4 rounds you need to attach the following files to an e-mail: your .ver files for each round, your .rec files for each round and your .pin file.
I would prefer files to be zipped but it is not essential. Name your zip file: Event#_Player#. (e.g. LCC01_Alex01).
In the subject line of your e-mail please enter Tour Name, Event #, Player # (e.g. LCC_ Event 01- Alex 01). Please do not send files for both tournaments on the same e-mail or in one zip file. In the body of your e-mail place your players name, your round scores. Send your e-mail/files to:
moocow@cfl.rr.com
All the above rules are set out so that all players are playing within the same guidelines, they are not intended to make it more or less difficult for any players. I have tried to be as specific and as brief as possible with these instructions, but at the same time provide enough information for players who are inexperienced at playing in off-line tournaments. If you have specific questions e-mail me.
Should a situation arise where a ruling on a particular issue needs to be made, I will make that ruling in a way which is as fair to all players as possible. The Tour Director’s decision is final in all instances.
